Banco Industrial Fail: Online Banking Hours

In this image, we see Banco Industrial (Guatemala) online bank. The Flash applet displays:

System Hours - Monday to Sunday: From 6:00am to 22:00 hours. Last day of month: From 6am to 21:30 hours

WTF? Closing the online bank? By the way, who writes "Monday to Sunday?" And a 30 minute difference on the last day of the month? The levels of incompetence here just stack up, but it's par for the country.

It's the same in Denmark as well, although a little better. From around 3am to 6am. But still. It appears to be because they run some really really old legacy systems somewhere that are just not up to snuff with the modern day.

I have been a BI client since they open the online banking, I wrote a bible with all the errors I have found every time and I sent all to support, they told me that the time issues has something to do with the daily check to all the accounts they have to do, most known here as “el corte”. So I hope someday they upgrade all the software they are using so we can have a 24/7 online banking.
